To start with I got a piece of paper a cut it into the right shape for the base of the crannog and coloured it. It was harder for me to make the crannog because I had a broken left wrist. Then I got another piece of paper for the roof and stapled it all together. About 18-20 people would live in my crannog. They would have a small hole at the top to let the smoke from the fire out.

I made my crannog out of Corn Flake boxes. I painted it and got lollipop sticks for the gate and the fence around it. I also got farm animals to put around the Crannog. Real Crannogs are made out of poo and straw and wood for the roof. The Celts often fought naked. Facts say. There were very good farmers and they believed in many gods and sacrifices things for food and water.

I made my Celtic dwelling out of twigs and rushes from my garden. I made a hole in the roof to let smoke out. 16-18 people living in the house, Aunts, Uncles and cousins would live there.

I painted kitchen roll and stuck it on the house and made it look like cow skins. They would have kept pigs and cows to eat and chickens. They made a wall around the house to keep enemies away. They made them either out of wood, iron or stone.

I made my Celtic dwelling out of paper shredding, a cereal box and a paper plate. I  used a piece of newspaper to make a fire. I then cut a line through the paper plate and twisted it to make a roof. I then used paper shredding for hay on the floor of the crannog and also used paper shredding for the exterior of the crannog. I used brown paper to cover the roof of the crannog.          Did you  know that in a Celtic crannog there would be 16-18 people living in one of them?

We were learning about the Celts so our teacher made us build a Celtic dwelling for a project and this is how I built mine, first I got a big glass bowl and covered it with plastisine, and then I made a cone shape with paper and attached it to the bowl, then I glued sticks onto the cone, when the glue dried I made fence for the animals, finally I stuck my dwelling onto painted cardboard. And that’s how I made my Celtic dwelling.

My celtic crannog is made out of plalsticine, lollipop sticks, foam paper and clay. First I  got a plastic tray and put grass on it. For the fence I snapped the lollipop sticks next I put clay on the walls and stuck them to it. I made the house out of plasticene and paper. Last I put a few animals outside.

My Celtic dwelling is made out of paper, cardboard, leaves and branches from the garden. First I got a piece of paper and cut a linebnrough it to make a roof. Then I got some cardboard and made a base. Then I got some more cardboard and folded it into a circle and made the main part of the house. Then I got some leaves and twigs from my garden and I added some animals and that’s my Celtic dwelling.

I made my crannog out of cardboard, twigs, grass and moss. First I gathered lots of twigs from my garden. Then I cut a piece of cardboard and put it around a pot to make it circular. Then I stuck all the twigs on the cardboard to make it look authentic. Then I cut out paper to make it into a cone shape. After that I put moss on it but unfortunately it collapsed on the way to school.

I made my crannog out of match sticks. I used glue and grass and lavender and paper. I used glue to glue the grass to the green paint. I used blue kind of cling film for water. I used lavender for crops and plants. I used paper and a hot glue gun to attach to the match sticks to keep it standing up. It took me about three days to make my crannog. When I was done I got my hot glue gun and a cereal box and glue it together to make it stronger. I did like making my Celtic design.

Before I started to do my dwelling, I googled a hillfort and found a Celtic hillfort similar to the one I was about to do. I cut out a rectangular piece of paper and stuck seven lollipop sticks onto it. I repeated this seven times. When I was done sticking all lollipop sticks, I coloured the paper brown. Next, I got a piece cardboard box and painted it green. When the paint dried out, I tuck the rectangular pieces of paper (With the lollipop sticks stuck on), glued them down to the cardboard box. After that, I put five little crannogs inside.
